To reserve your dome, a booking fee is required to secure your reservation. A 20% discount will apply to your order during the time of your reservation. This includes cafe & retail products, excluding wine, gift cards, and brewing equipment.

Rules & Regulations:
To ensure everyone has a safe and pleasant experience, please note the following:

No Smoking or Vaping: Domes and the property are strictly smoke-free zones.

No Pets: We love furry friends, but pets are not permitted in the domes.

Respect Your Booking Time: Please arrive on time and vacate promptly to allow us to prepare for the next guests. Reservations are required.

Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage to the dome or its furnishings during their use.

Cancellations: Cancellations will only be reimbursed with an RCC Cafe Gift Card.

Outside Food/Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted at any time.

Maximum Capacity: You may not exceed the maximum posted capacity of the dome. (Standard Size - 4; Large Size - 6)
